Twisted 1
Collector’s Edition – Original Drip Painting with Resin
25 × 50 cm
Twisted 1 is a small-scale original artwork by Danish artist Ole Hedeager, created using his distinctive figurative drip-painting technique and finished with a layer of resin.
Beneath the glossy surface, spontaneous black lines twist, overlap and gradually reveal the human figure. What initially appears abstract begins to transform as the eye discovers fragments of anatomy, movement and expression within the composition.
The resin adds another dimension to the work, intensifying the contrasts and creating a luminous surface that changes subtly with the surrounding light.
Despite its intimate 25 × 50 cm format, Twisted 1 carries the energy and complexity of Hedeager’s larger works. It is conceived as a Collector’s Edition – an original artwork for collectors looking for a smaller piece from his artistic universe.
